Our story
Clinic history
Urban Dental Clinic grew out of a belief that Kigali deserved dentistry that matched the best in the world — delivered with the warmth of home.
- The beginning
Urban Dental Clinic opened its doors in Kigali City Center with a simple conviction: dental care in Rwanda should be modern, honest and genuinely comfortable. We started as a small practice with a handful of chairs and a long list of patients who wanted to be treated like people, not procedures.
- Growing with our patients
Word of mouth grew our community from families in the city center to patients travelling from across the country and the region. As demand grew, so did our team — general dentists, orthodontists, hygienists and coordinators who all share the same standard of care.
- Investing in technology
We reinvested in digital imaging, modern sterilisation systems and chairside equipment so treatments became faster, more precise and less invasive — with fewer visits and clearer explanations for every patient.
